THE MAIN SCREEN
The main screen also known as the contacts screen contains all the main elements in plain view so you do not have to "walk" through a myriad of screens in order to achieve the results you want.
Credit Money Machine is all about convenience and being versatile. I defined this as a feeling of being able to accomplish what you have in mind. I am sure that if you had used other software in general you had wanted to do many things but become frustrated either because it is not possible or to difficult or cumbersome to do.
Credit Money Machine 's semi-open architecture allows you to do things that you can only dream with other software.
It is true that with Credit Money Machine you will need to spend at least an hour or two to familiarize yourself with its unique look and feel, a little overwhelming at first. But, don't you prefer to spend an hour at the beginning to save hundreds or even thousand of hours along the road?
Majority of buttons are grouped in colors like Green for safe buttons, yellow when you need a little more awareness to use them and red if some potential risk of use (like deleting data).

PARTIAL LIST OF BENEFITS

Records and Play Messages Save Time and be more consistent.":
You can record you own message and then merge those in your phone conversation
(using a special gizmo provided for free or sold in some versions).
For example, use this system to record a credit card authorization
from your customer or to leave a consistent message in Answering
Machines. Also use it to answer the same questions for your customers.
You can have unlimited recording based on your hard drive space.
Templates Manager add one template or a thousand..": Here you will find all templates needed to
Get Credit Reports, Challenge Credit Bureaus items, Disputing Inquires,
Dealing with Creditors, Collection Agencies, etc. You can have unlimited
Categories and unlimited templates (letters) inside each Category.
You can even enter your own comments (between double brackets)

Disputes Center
The Disputes Center is the core of the Credit Repair System. Here you can enter with ease every aspect of a dispute, including: the description (just click & choose) the account id (point and click) the dispute amount, the credit (just select from a list), the template (letter0 to use (just click & choose), but most importantly, the order and schedule when you want to be advised to print the disputes. One button selects all disputes to be printed among all clients and you only have to click the print button, Then, they are sent automatically to the Follow-Up System to track time compliance by creditors and credit bureaus and it is also sent to the Progress Status area where it can be posted to the Internet so your clients can see their status 24/7 (no more calls asking you for their status).

F.A.Q. System
"Frequently Asked Questions Support System.": This is a support
system for your clients. You can have unlimited Categories and then, unlimited
questions and answers for each Category. You can even personalize the Answers
with your customer name, Email etc. So, for example, a customer calls or send
an email, you immediately click the F.A.Q. button and select the correct
answer for him and answer it or email it showing efficiency and care for
your customer. Now, you have a satisfied customer.

Follow Up System
"now you know what is due and when...":
How would you like to be able to track due dates on documents
sent to Credit Bureaus and Creditors or any other tasks. For
example, send a document to Equifax to a client and track its
expected due date or even track an Internet purchase so you
don't forget. Its uses are endless just use your imagination.
Includes a running balance for those follow ups related to money.

Gateway System
...something that you need without knowing it":
The Gateway System is a simple and unique way to interact with you
Internet Merchant Account from the software without having to retype
anything. It works with all Internet Merchants Gateways that allows
the use of an HTTP form (Network Merchants, Linkpoint Central,
Authorized.net etc). You can use unlimited gateways so
potentially it is possible to charge one client using
Network Merchants' gateway and another using Linkpoint's.
So, for example, you receive a form with information
about purchase, ---name, address, credit card number, etc)
simply parse it (see next section) and click the credit card
logo to interact directly with your Internet Merchant Provider
without having to type and retype any information.

Parsing System
"...now you can really import anything..":
The parsing system allows you add customers and related data automatically
with one click from formatted or unformatted text, HTML pages, emails,
etc. For example, imagine you making a sale over the Internet and
receiving a confirmation email. With other software, you would need to
add a customer and retype the information with Contact Your Client you
simply click the parsing button and the customer is added and all the
fields are populated automatically from that email. Some uses are:
entering information from HTML pages into the Contact Manager, like eBay,
PayPal, etc. Entering information from emails, formatted or unformatted
lists, completing information in already existing customer like a new
sale, new phone numbers, etc.

Email Extraction "easy and simple..": Imagine that you see a page on the Internet that contains a
bunch of emails that would be appropriate for your business, just copy the
whole page to the clipboard and click Extract Emails and all the emails
in that page will be imported and new records created automatically to
contain each email. Now you can send them a personalized email to all
of them with a couple of clicks if desired.

Free Forms "use it for your collections of anything.": Use the Free Form section for all kinds of collections like AS SEEN ON TV REMINDERS, AUDIO MESSAGES, AUDIO PHONE CONVERSATIONS, BANK ACCOUNTS, BOOKS LISTS, MARKETING CAMPAIGNS, CREDIT CARDS, DOCUMENTS, DOMAIN LISTS, GOOGLE SEARCH LISTS, HEALTH TIPS, IMAGE LISTS, VIDEO LISTS, PASSWORD LISTS, SOFTWARE LISTS, AUDIO COURSES, SUBSCRIPTIONS, THINGS TO BUY, THINGS TO RECEIVE, URL LISTS, TRAVEL CHECKING LISTS, ETC. You can personalize the fields label and their contents.
For example, use it to have records of all your credit cards, program passwords, domains owned, programs installed in your computer, group of emails, inventory items, travel check lists,even Videos and Pictures, Word Documents, Excel files, PDF files, Music, etc. so for example if the field contains an URL it will open the internet browser, if contains an email it will open the email client, if a program or document it will open the correct application, if a phone number it will try to dial the number using your TAPI system (if installed), if it contains a contact ID it will jump to that contact, if it contains a music it will play it, otherwise it will try to do a search in Google with the word(s) in the field (ideal to have search list of everything) all this from the same button without any further intervention.
You can link it to any contact, and therefore, have unlimited fields or lists for that contact, maybe a list of phone recording conversations with this client.
You can, for example, click on the open icon and import a complete folder with music with one click then play it in the background while you work in other task. Also, you can import a complete folder (or just one file) with pictures and see them as a slide show or catalog view (80 images at a time) or keep them in segregated lists for further use.
Imagine lists of Google search words for fast researching or having a hundreds of phone numbers from a particular company without interfering with any other space. Additionally, there is a very special feature where you can export segments of the contacts database to your hard drive and keep a quick reference in the Free Forms section ready to be retrieve at your command.
For example, imagine you importing thousands of emails for a promotion and after sending them your "personalized" email being able to save them silently to your hard drive without taking speed from your main database but ready to be retrieved at any moment for a new promotion.

When you have a commission simply record it in the system so you know they own you. Also the opposite is true if you have affiliates or a sales force on commission. You can control if the commission has been paid or void and even make recurrent automatically. Additionally, it works automatically with the Invoice System. So once an invoice is paid and it is commissionable, the corresponding commission will show up in the system. Additionally you can use it to keep track of recurrent payments from customers. Set it up and you'll always know what they owe you.

Snippets

All snippets are specific to their corresponding fields so, when you click on the "Related To" Snippet button you will only see snippets that belong to the "Related To" field and when you click on the Notes Snippets you will see only Snippets appropriate to notes. This will make your data entry a breeze. You can even insert in one click thousands of records at a time or just one.

For those quick unit changes..": You have at your disposal different sets of units, Area, Length, Speed, Time, Temperature, Volume, Weight and even Computer. I am sure you will use it many times.

Finding Records
"The Most Important Thing There Is.": I know the importance of finding records. Credit Money Machine handles this feat flawless and effortlessly. You can simply type a word in the Main Screen (not the one below) and click the Find Button and this word or phrase will be searched in all the fields and all records in your customer database. If you need more precision like filtering by two fields at the same time or using boolean logic the simply click the find button without typing anything and a comprehensive screen will show up with lots of options to make a powerful search but still easy to handle.

"just one click....": You can customize the labels on these groups. These groups are ideal for "Steps". For example, if you have customers on whom you have to follow steps (maybe calling him first, then sending an email, then sending a letter) you can label each step and then tag every step needed. To retrieve the group just click on the label. Once you had performed the step, simply untag it and the record won't be selected the next time you click on the label..

Memorized Groups "When you want to keep it alive": Sometimes you need to create a filter, a finding search, that you would like to use more than one time. In this case you use the Memorized Groups. The Memorized Groups work pretty much like the Find Records and the main difference is that you can save the Filter with a name for later use. You can have unlimited Memorized Groups. So, for example you want to select all your clients from Florida with one click then simply create a Memorized Group that will search for Florida so every time that you select that Group all customer in florida will be selected.
Imagine that you want to advise a segment of customers of a new version of your software or about a new service or product. Simply reserve one of the User Defined Fields to this end and enter into this field (you can do it thousands at once) something like "To Be Advised of New CYC Version" for example and then, create a Memorize Filter to select those record (this can be achieved in less than one minute) So at any time that you want to send an email to that groups selected and send the Email Template that you had created to that end. That is convenience.

On-The-Fly-Groups
"...do complex groups the easy way": Imagine this scenario, you want to select all your customers in Florida and in Texas that do not belong to certain zip codes also in Florida and Texas. This looks like a mess but it is easy to handle with On-The-Fly-Groups. Just select all customers in Florida (you can do it with one click) and the press the Yellow Circle (used to add the found set to the group) then select all customers in Texas and press the Yellow button again (now if you click the Green button all customer from Florida or Texas will be selected) Now, select the zip codes you want to strike from the group and click the Orange button (used to omit records from a group) Now, you can click on the Green button and your group will be ready. You have four groups at your disposal.

To-Do-Group
"...when other groups are not enough": This is a very important feature of Credit Money Machine. Imagine that you have a certain group of customers and you want to interact with them in smaller groups. Maybe you want to print envelopes for a 100 customers and your printer only accepts 10 envelopes at a time, or you want to call 10 customers a day from a certain list of customer. In these cases you will use the To-Do-Group. It behaves the same as the On-The-Fly-Groups except that now you can select a "step". So , by clicking the "Next-To-Do" group you will select the quantity of customers indicated in the field from the "big" group . Once you finish interacting with the smaller group just click the Yellow button on the second line (the "Done" line) and click the Next To Do button again for a new smaller group different to the previous one.

Contact Information
"...your basic fields": In addition to all regular fields you will have a Referral field, a Related To Fields a Sales From Fields and a Keyword Field . Also, Credit Card information is included in this section. It is important notice the MAP button. When you click on it, displays a map of the address. When you click on the Black Arrows your database you be filtered by that field contents. Click on the telephone icon to dial a phone number or on the envelope to send an open or template email, go to an URL, to the Whois of an URL, check the validity of a Credit Card, etc..

User Defined Fields
"...your not so-basic fields": You can define the labels of the User Defined Fields either
globally or more importantly individually. You have 10 text fields, 3 numeric fields,
2 date fields and 1 object field. The later is used to contain a picture (map, logo, etc)
a document (word, PDF file, etc) or even a recording.

Invoice System
"...fast and easy": Credit Money Machine includes an Invoice System. A unique benefit is that you can charge Credit Cards using the Gateway Interaction System incorporated into the program.

Products System "...including inventory": Here you will add your products and services including its weight and also you will manage the inventory. Credit Money Machine manages the Inventory based on the status of the Invoice so if the invoice is Void or Pending it won't affect the inventory.
